Meet Traci

Mother of 3 boys and advocate for health, Traci has been guiding clients on their wellness journey since 2010 as a dedicated yoga and health coach. With over a decade of experience, she combines mindful movement, breathwork, and holistic health practices to help individuals build strength, balance, and inner peace. Traci expanded her expertise by incorporating reformer and mat Pilates, offering clients a well-rounded approach that blends flexibility, core stability, and overall body awareness. Passionate about creating personalized programs, Traci empowers others to reach their health goals while cultivating a sustainable, mindful lifestyle.
